Registration Dates: 15th November onwards

Foreign Delegates:

Early-Bird Registration (15th November-30th November, 2009) for Foreign Delegates

1. Early Bird Registration: $250 + $ 150 for companions (if the Candidate registers by 30th November 2009).
2. Early Bird Registration for SAARC countries: $200 + $ 100 for companions (if the Candidate registers by 30th November 2009).

Normal Registration for Foreign Delegates:

1. Registration for Foreign Delegates: $ 300 + $200 for companion
2. Group Registration: $ 250 per head. 
3. SAARC Countries: $250 + $200 for companion
4.
Group Registration: $ 200 per head.

Indian Delegates:

Early-Bird Registration (15th November - 30th November, 2009) for Indian Delegates

1. Early Bird Registration for Indian Industry Delegates: Rs. 4,500
2. Early Bird Registration for Academicians: Rs. 3,000
3. Early Bird IIIT-A Alumni: Rs. 1,000

Normal Registration for Indian Delegates:

An author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference, and present the paper. Regular Author Rates Include: Attendance to all sessions, certificate of participation, Proceedings, Coffee/Tea Breaks, Lunches and dinners.

Regular Participation and Registration includes attendance in all the sessions, proceedings in CD-ROM. Certificate of participation, tea/coffee break and lunches & dinners.

Regular Listener Rates Include: Attendance to all sessions, Proceedings CD-ROM, Certificate of Attendance, Coffee Breaks, Lunches & dinners. 

Important Note: Those who cannot come to IIIT-Allahabad, India but wish to present a paper in absentia are encouraged to send an abstract & paper as per the mentioned schedule, paper on the conference theme presented in absentia are eligible to be included in the conference proceeding. A processing fees of Rs.2000/- extra will be charged for each paper submitted for presentation in absentia. 

Responsibility and Visa Requirements

For people planning to attend the conference, an entrance visa may be required and you should contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate for more information. The organizers do not accept responsibility for any personal injury, damage or loss of property which may occur in connection with this conference. All participants are advised to arrange travel insurance before departure from their home countries.
