Author
Guidelines
Submission
Full Research or Conceptual Manuscripts have
to be submitted by one of the authors through
the Conference website. Only electronic PDF (.pdf)
or Word (.doc, .docx ) files would be accepted
for the Conference. The paper should be of
5000-8000 words.
Submissions by anyone other than one of
the authors will not be accepted. The
submitting author would be contacted for any
communication during submission and peer
review.
Terms
of Submission
Papers
that are not under consideration for
publication elsewhere may be submitted (except
in the form of an abstract or as part of
a published lecture, review, or thesis).
Manuscripts which are currently under
consideration by any another
conference/journal may not submitted for the
Conference. It is the responsibility of the
submitting author to ensure that the
article's publication has been approved by all
the other co-authors. It is also the authors'
responsibility to ensure that the papers
emanating from a particular institution or
University are submitted with the approval of
the concerned institution.
Further correspondence and proofs will be sent
to the author's for revision and modifications
before publication.
Peer
Review
All
papers/ manuscripts will be subject to peer
review process and are expected to meet
standards of academic excellence.
Submissions will be peer-reviewed by
Reviewers, whose identities will remain
anonymous to the authors.
Title
and Authorship Information
Please
include the following information in the Paper
while submitting it:
* Paper title
* Full author names
* Full institutional mailing addresses
* Email addresses
* Track no.
Paper Format / Style
It is advised to the Authors to submit papers
for potential publication in the conference
proceedings in original file in one of
the (.doc, pdf) format. All figures, images,
tables, etc., should be embedded into the
original file. All submitted full text
articles should report original and previously
unpublished research results, experimental or
theoretical.
Abstract & Keywords
The
manuscript should contain an abstract and
three keywords. The abstract should be
self-contained and citation-free and should
not exceed 150 words.
Introduction
This section should be succinct and should
provide a clear idea about the objective and
purpose of the paper.
Acknowledgments
All acknowledgments (if any) should be
included at the very end of the paper before
the references and may include details
regarding any supporting grants
etc.
References
Authors are responsible for ensuring that the
information provided in reference section is
complete and accurate. All references must be
numbered consecutively and citations of
references in text should be identified using
numbers in square brackets (e.g., “as
discussed by Smith [9]”; “as discussed
elsewhere [9, 10]”). The references should
be cited within the text.
Preparation
of Figures
The
figure and tables should be embedded in the
electronic manuscript
file. All figures should be cited in the paper
in a consecutive order.
